Terms of Service – BookYou

By using BookYou, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- BookYou: the provider of the SaaS service.
- Customer: the individual or entity registering and using BookYou.
- User: person authorized by the Customer to access BookYou.
- Service: access to the software, features, and support provided by BookYou.
2. Access
- Accounts require registration and approval.
- Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
- BookYou may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
3. Usage
Customers shall use BookYou legally and responsibly. Prohibited activities:
- Unauthorized access to BookYou systems
- Copying, reverse-engineering, or distributing software
- Uploading malware or harmful code
4. Customer Responsibilities
- All activity under the Customer account is the Customer’s responsibility.
- Customer guarantees that data entered does not violate third-party rights.
- Customer complies with applicable laws, including privacy regulations.
5. Privacy & Data
- BookYou acts primarily as a data processor.
- Customer is responsible for personal data entered in BookYou.
- Processing is in accordance with BookYou’s Privacy Policy.
6. Availability & Updates
- BookYou strives for maximum availability but makes no guarantees.
- BookYou may update, improve, or temporarily suspend the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
- All rights in BookYou, software, logos, and documentation remain the property of BookYou.
- No ownership rights are granted to the Customer.
8. Payment
- Fees are due as per the chosen subscription.
- Payments can be automatically collected.
- BookYou may suspend access for overdue payments.
9. Liability
- BookYou is not liable for indirect, consequential, or data loss damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the last 12 months for the service.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement according to subscription terms.
- Upon termination, access to the platform ends, and data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
- BookYou may update terms periodically.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes are subject to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
